Population physical activity levels consistently fall below the levels needed to improve and maintain health and well-being outcomes, but what can we do about it? How can behavioural science contribute to effectively promoting physical activity?
This seminar is organised by two large research projects funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Sports Science Funds). Researchers present practically oriented research that aims examine feasible and effective ways of supporting healthy lifestyles.
The seminar is free of charge and is targeted at anyone interested.
